We are a local, family-owned business that was founded in 2004 by Tom Wright (my dad). Like many family-owned businesses, our first office was the garage of our house, and we took on whatever job we could to stay afloat. When he started the business, he had 4 kids and a wife at home. He worked endless hours with Julie (my mom/his wife), handling the phones from our basement in La Plata, MD. It was a big leap of faith that found success only through their commitment and hard work.
22 years later, we have grown into a 50-employee strong business specializing in commercial and residential HVAC, as well as building maintenance. Our family is still a big part of the business. I am stepping in to run the business, and my brother is very involved as well.
With three divisions serving residential and commercial customers, we handle everything from home systems to commercial projects, all while staying true to the values and personal service of a family-owned company.
